Jim and Ellen Crawford
Ellen graduated from Marymount Manhattan College summa cum laude in 1980.  She was originally licensed in real estate in Northern Virginia in 1988.  Ellen is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia.  Her primary focus is successfully handling all aspects of residential real estate, relocation and buyer's agency.  Ellen is a "Lifetime Member" of the Atlanta Board of REALTOR's® Multi-Million Dollar Club.

James attended SUNY Buffalo.  He was originally licensed in New York State in 1978, and has also been licensed in Maryland and Virginia.  James has a background in contract negotiations, arbitrations and lobbying.  He is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia. James is a member of the  CyberProfessionals.  He is also a frequent speaker at REALTOR conventions.

Jim is also an acclaimed speaker on INTERNET networking and marketing.  His real estate internet tutorial site is well known throughout the real estate web industry as the "Real Estate Tech Coach!"  His marketing ideas and articles have been published and quoted regularly in real estate trade trade publications.

 Jim Crawford is a also a charter member of the e-PRO 500, and CyberProfessionals!  He has also consulted with Richard Mendenhall Past President of the National Association of REALTORS® NAR, and the executive committee of the NAR on issues related to Internet real estate business, REALTORS® and ethical behavior.  Jim is also real estate columnist for RealtyTimes.Com. Jim recently was the featured speaker at the National Association of REALTORS convention in Orlando Florida November 2004.  Jim gave two of the largest sessions on Internet marketing for real estate.  Jim was also a featured speaker at the Wisconsin REALTOR convention in September 2005. Jim also spoke at the Atlantic Connection in Halifax Nova Scotia to the Maritime Province Realtors in September 2006!

Ellen and Jim work as a husband and wife team, and are happily married for twenty six years and have two boys that are currently attending college.
